kadakin is right ..in that ..russia is not and cannot be in the 'ken' of? any ..'even,future 'expansionist' designs of future political leader-ship in the sub-continent..so..also russia, does not have india in it's 'ken' ..unlike europe..!! to this extent , india is 'safe' from the 'bear-hug' russian interests are mainly in europe!! and if I am ,an SPQR < then correspondingly so will be my 'concern'!!naturally.The main drawback of russia is that the society is 'cobbled' and..not..Melded ,viz ERP
